A Different Approach

Strategic Performance and Consulting, LLC offers general fitness and specialized performance training to both individuals and groups. Our services enable clients to develop a healthier lifestyle. We also offer specialized performance training to give an athlete the competitive edge.

Our fitness training allows clients of all ages to develop a better lifestyle and to remain active. Our specialized performance training integrates strength, speed, and agility work with sports specific workouts.

Training sessions are designed to help clients meet their training goals. Constant motivation and ongoing feedback, followed by session follow-up is what makes our personal approach unique and highly desired.

We help clients understand the science of what they are doing while learning the fundamentals needed to succeed—one step or movement at a time.

Individual and group training sessions are available both in-person and virtually. Training seminars and clinics also are available.
